USI ACT March Speaker - LTGEN Greg Bilton AO CSC

To commence our 2024 Speaker program the Chief of Joint Operations will reprise his last address to the USI ACT back in March 2021.   Appointed as CJOPS in June 2019, he has a wealth of experience at the forefront of real time ADF operations and also in support of disaster relief and national support on the home front.   Much has developed across the national security environment since he last addressed the USI ACT, and while there has been considerable focus on the drafting of a National Defence Strategy and major Capability decisions, it is perhaps timely that we receive the Joint Operational perspective of what a post DSR world may mean to him and his staff at HQ JOC.
